The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2138 (GP2/GP3) is an advanced combination filter from the 3M™ 2000 Series, providing particulate protection with the added benefit of nuisance-level organic vapour and acid gas relief. Designed for bayonet-connection 3M™ half-face and full-face respirators, the 2138 is the go-to filter for welding, grinding, pesticide spraying, and environments with mixed particulate and low-level vapour hazards.

Service Life & Storage

• Shelf life: 3 years from manufacture date (unopened) — store at –20°C to +25°C, below 80% RH
• After opening: discard within 6 months (active carbon capacity)
• Replace immediately if breathing resistance increases, odour is detected, or any part is damaged
• Store in airtight container to prolong filter life
