Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition as received
• Unused and free from any damage
• With all tags and original packaging intact

How to Submit a Request:

• Send clear photos of the product + the box + the sole (for shoes)

Exchange:

• The customer bears the shipping cost (1.5x the original shipping fee)
• Delivery within 2 to 5 working days, depending on availability

Return:

• The customer bears the return shipping cost (equivalent to the original shipping fee)
