Return & Exchange Policy (Orders within Egypt only)
Conditions for Exchange:
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 7 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- Clear photos of the product, the box from all sides, and the sole (if it's a safety shoe) must be sent via WhatsApp to 01024478883.
- The customer will bear the exchange shipping cost, which is 1.5 times the original order’s shipping fee.
- Payment should be transferred via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to 01061237446.
- A new exchange order will be created, and the new product will be delivered by a shipping company representative.
- If the returned product is not in its original condition or missing its original box at the time of pickup, the exchange or return request will be canceled.
- The exchanged product will be delivered within 2–5 business days, subject to availability.
- In case of a full return, the customer will bear the return shipping fee (equal to the original shipping fee selected).
- This amount will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be transferred via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, after the returned item is received in our warehouse.
- If the original order was eligible for free shipping, the customer will bear both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
- For returns or exchanges done through our physical branches, any price differences or product values will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet transfer within 48 working hours—no cash refunds.
