Return & Exchange Policy (Orders within Egypt only)

Conditions for Exchange:

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 7 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  2. Clear photos of the product, the box from all sides, and the sole (if it's a safety shoe) must be sent via WhatsApp to 01024478883.
  3. The customer will bear the exchange shipping cost, which is 1.5 times the original order’s shipping fee.
  4. Payment should be transferred via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to 01061237446.
  5. A new exchange order will be created, and the new product will be delivered by a shipping company representative.
  6. If the returned product is not in its original condition or missing its original box at the time of pickup, the exchange or return request will be canceled.
  7. The exchanged product will be delivered within 2–5 business days, subject to availability.
  8. In case of a full return, the customer will bear the return shipping fee (equal to the original shipping fee selected).
  9. This amount will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be transferred via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, after the returned item is received in our warehouse.
  10. If the original order was eligible for free shipping, the customer will bear both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
  11. For returns or exchanges done through our physical branches, any price differences or product values will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet transfer within 48 working hoursno cash refunds.
